& Travel (C&T) was founded in 1983 by Wayne A. Waters and is now owned
by his daughter, Ann Waters, who serves as the company’s President.
Ann is a native of Indiana with deep roots in the community. Carolyn
Juergens is the company’s Vice President of Customer Services and she
has also lived in Indiana her entire life.
C&T started with one office, one client, and a handful of employees.
We have grown to be the
largest independent travel management company in Northern Indiana
and are ranked in the
top 1% of travel agencies nationwide. We manage travel for
approximately 400 organizations and have a headquarters office and
five branch offices. As a travel management company, C&T
focuses on meeting the objectives of each travel request while
assisting in controlling travel costs. Literally, no one offers
more!

In the Community
C&T recognizes the importance of
contributing to the community
that has supported us in our mission to be the leader in travel
management over the years. This
takes many forms.
C&T is a member of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, local Chamber of
Commerce and the
Better Business Bureau. We support the United Way, Big Brothers/Big
Sisters, the American
Red Cross, SCAN and other charitable groups both financially and with
our volunteer efforts.
WBE
Certification
C&T is certified by the State of Indiana
and the City of Indianapolis as a Women-Owned Business Enterprise
(WBE). In addition, we recognize that it is also our
responsibility to support the M/WBE community as well. In 2004,
after successful certification, C&T embarked upon a program of
reviewing our own diversity program as it relates to our
purchasing of goods and services.
